We ship for more than 100 countries all over all over the world especially to Europe, America, and the Middle-East.

When do I receive my shipment? In stock items take about 5 working days to be shipped. You will be informed once you confirm the order. Due to COVID-19 your shipment can be delayed for few days.
Why I didn't receive my tracking information? As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive an email containing tracking information it can take up to 48 hours for your courier to generate tracking information on their website. If your tracking information hasn't appeared within 2 working days, please contact us and we'll get right on it for you.
How much does the shipping cost? With ZAMAN Jewelry you will benefit from free shipping fees on any item purchased. You will only be charged with clearance fees depending on the country the item is shipped to.
Is my purchased item insured?

All orders are insured during transit. After a package is delivered the responsibility for the goods are passed onto you!

Order delayed, what do I do? For any delay in delivery you can contact our customer service to assist you and contact the shipping company.
How do I track my order? An email will be sent to you within 72 hours of your purchase date, providing you with the order reference number to check your order status.
Can I cancel my order? We are unable to make changes or cancel your in stock order once it has been placed.
Order confirmation not received?  If you didn’t receive a confirmation email within 48 hours please contact us.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards for online orders.
Will I be charged for an extra cost on any purchased item?

You will be charged by the appropriate duties and taxes for deliveries depending on each country.
